We, Advance Multimedia, are a company who confidently deal with event management to the best of the customers’ demand and satisfaction. We serve our clients in promoting their products and business image by upholding the positive aspects of the clients through our sophisticated techniques and implementation of the tasks bestowed for promoting the customers’ benefit in a cost-effective way. The efficacy of our programs for the clients is attributed to the proper market analysis, devotion to our and their work ethics, mobilization of adequate resources, its timely investment, and the continuous drive for innovation to enrich the already richer services, compared to others.
Our continuous endeavor for refreshing our techniques to serve the clients in a better way has reached us in today’s position. At present we are a company who is confident to manage an event or holding a show in any part of the country: towns or remote, near or distance.
Traditional technology as has been known to all, but a very few can grasp its hundred percent use. Another aspect is to understand psychology of the population to be serviced. Utilizing the available technology to fit the tastes, culture and monitory means of the clients is more challenging though. All these are very important to actualize the potential demand of the clients about a product of a company. Towards becoming closer to the clients’ taste and demands Advance Multimedia, is in continuous drive to create and innovate use of the existing technology.

9. Working Strategy:
Advance Multimedia has its own strategy to implement the various Digital Show it has planned for giving wider exposure to products of its clients. This strategy of the company is comprised of the following the steps:


Mapping out the Geographic Locations
The main focus of the show is to reaching people as much as possible with the products of our clients. Towards making the venture effective in lower cost as much as possible, the Advance Multimedia brings in the total landmass of the country under its strategic plan. In doing so, the company has adopted Geographic Information System (GIS). By this technology the company spot important public places under a union, Upazilla (sub-districts) and district under the purview of six administrative divisions.


Direct Interaction with People
As the Advance Multimedia believes in interacting the people directly and also getting their feedback from the spot `in cash’, it tries to reach people through physical presence. The target is to penetrate all villages, particularly in the remote ones, where even very renowned products of famous companies are yet to get into the notice of people in wider aspects.


Administrative and Legal Aspects
The company knows it very well that in Bangladesh the path is not very smooth while a company tries to reach the people, who badly need the services of good products or sometimes needs the correct information about the products or services. On the other hand, the entities or companies, who produce the commodities or services, are not in positions to reach the commoners through their own channel. Even the traditional media or publicity channels very rarely reach those people in an appropriate way and in time. Administrative and legal agencies though should have played positive role in this aspect, in all cases that is not the reality. So, to reach the commoners, the Advance Multimedia always goes by the law of the land taking into consideration the pros and cons of the legal aspects. It takes necessary approval of the administration — local or municipal — while arranging or managing an event.

    
Selection of Locations
In the selection process of a spot for arranging a show, people always come first before all considerations. While selecting a spot in a certain Upazilla, the population or the probable presence of the crowd comes at first in our mind. Whether they already have been covered by the propaganda or advertisement of the print or electronic media, come as the secondary considerations. We generally give priority to those areas where the traditional media cannot cover, or they generally struggle to cover. Even the mass communications through electronic media could not cover them fully.

 
Linking the Products to the Condition of the People
There is a causal relation of socio-economic condition of people in a certain area and the probable product to be publicized or given exposure. In this connection we consider the typical taste, culture, tradition, socio-economic condition, mobility of the people and appeal of certain products to them.


Advertising Recipe
As a strategy to attract people to the products we working for, the Advance Multimedia considers the inner dynamics of people’s mind, basic needs of their lives and the livelihood strategies. Thus, while implementing or arranging a program through digital show, we generally show various programs designed for national development, such as, farm and off-farm agriculture, mass education, health and sanitation, forestation or plantation, anti jhatka-hunting motivation, mass education, homestead gardening, women empowerment, birth control, child nutrition, environment pollution, disaster coping and livelihood strategies of the people.
Amid the play of advertisement of the product and tailor of developmental issues, we pour some sips of entertaining events so that the audience do not feel bore about `the typical and weighty slogans.’ We generally make some in-roads for flock song, comedy, jokes, or popular music and songs in the overall proceedings of the publicity. We try to reach the people to that extent that even from the audiences if anyone desires to participate in our program, we do allow it, if it suits the event. Overall, a festive environment in the area or the spot is created so that the spot becomes crowded.

     
Program Time and Duration
It is basically a whole-day program. But, as the public places in the rural areas generally attract crowd in the afternoon or evening, so the Advance Multimedia preferably arranges the shows in the afternoon or evening period. The 45 minutes or one hour before the sun set is time when the hat (big market place) in the rural area, bazaar or suburb township in the morning get the highest crowed. As the people automatically gather there to sale or buy their products or necessary commodities and services, or still there are completing their works related to office, legal and administrative matters, the company has designed the Digital Show to start by these times till at least hours after the sun set.
Considering the weather, condition of infrastructure and habit of people of the area, and certainly desires of the company i.e. proprietor of the product, the duration of the program would determined.
But the festoons bearing advertisement of the products should be hoisted in the program area by the morning in all cases. Announcement and propaganda activities about the program are also carried the whole day. And the audio of the program would remain on, the day long. At the same time, the supervision of the displaying festoons and other logistics would also be important. Besides, organizing a program in the spots may need to have a good liaison with the local elites or local government authorities, which necessitates hectic communications with them.
